Our products can tolerate reasonable heat and cold.  They must be kept dry.  The client is responsible for keeping the product dry. If a client wants to cancel a service contract, they must provide a 30-day notice, by written notice, or by email, to TruMicrobe, Inc. at our posted contact information.

Our products will be shipped via FedEx unless otherwise requested by the consumer. Our products can be returned if it is damaged through the shipping process.  In the event you received damaged product, TruMicrobe, Inc. needs to be notified within 48 hours upon arrival, by phone, text or email.  We will replace the damaged product at our cost.
